Thank you for choosing RightlyFit. We are committed to providing you with the best experience possible. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy under the following terms and conditions.
1. General Refund Policy
We offer a refund for certain services within a specified time frame after purchase. Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with the services you receive. Please read the terms below to understand how our refund policy works.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Digital Products/Programs: If you have purchased a digital fitness or nutrition program (such as eBooks, workout plans, or nutrition guides), you are eligible for a refund if you request it within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Personalized Fitness and Nutrition Plans: If you have purchased a personalized fitness or nutrition plan, you may request a refund if you have not yet received your plan. Once the plan has been delivered to you, refunds will not be offered.

Membership and Subscription Services: For membership-based or subscription services, such as ongoing coaching or access to a fitness community, we offer refunds for unused portions of the service within 7 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be made before the next billing cycle.
Note: Refunds will not be provided for services or products that have been fully used or for any digital content that has been accessed or downloaded.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:

Services or products that have been fully utilized.

Custom and personalized fitness plans that have been delivered.

Any digital content once downloaded or accessed.

Membership fees after 7 days of purchase.
4. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be made within the eligible time frame outlined above. If you meet the refund eligibility criteria, we will process your refund promptly.
5. Processing Time
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or if the request is made after the specified time frame. Additionally, we reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time.
